Starting Fresh and Ready (budget for website).

Looking for a reliable Admin/Partner.
If your up for the job you need the following traits:

-not an admin for more that 2 websites.
-has knowledge on phpbb, ipb, and vb.
-has experience name website
-speaks english
-polite and friendly and people person online.
-no pay though but will get a cut from sales and other stuff etc.
-online atleast 10 hours a day or more

also i need a suggestion for a new name.

The website will be a Warez Forum, Tech Support, Gaming Discussion Board, and Sports Discussion Board.

We already have a GFX guy,
We need uploaders, (uploaders will get to have there name on all our downloads that we submit as long as it links to our site, and our site is part of the downloads but most of all the uploader gets the credit.)

As of now this is all planning, I have the money already just need somebody to start it with . So I'll be looking for moderators in a month or so.
