I think you should modified it and make something like this nav bar

Logo looks, hmm bad?Yep, you can do better.
Get some mouseover animation on the menu.
How about some video previews when mouse over on some video?look how its done at xhamster (Mouseover at some video and waith few sec).
Thoose rateing stars look terible on the black background.Remove the white color from them or i dont know..fix it.
There are lot of porn tube sites around, you need something to be different.
P.s dont take this negative things personaly, i just try to show where u can do better, i could easy say good job but what the point?That wont get you visitors.

I use page link to plugin, create new page Top Rated. Most Viewed, Newest and Most Discusses, scroll down and enter the url into page link to.
