cant setup a DLE - script + skins

i have some issue with installing DLE script

i downloaded dle-9.2 and it looks like i have no

addews.html or any topics


ps: am trying it first on a server on ma laptop

hen after it works i will upload it


can any one help me ?>
to find a tutorial or something

to how to build a website of DLE Full with the skins and the moduls thx

addews.html or any topics - It looks like a htaccess error

Problem: File .htaccess is missing from root folder

Fix: Upload the new file through ftp to the website root

If that doesn't fix, then is /index.php?do=addnews working?

/index.php?do=addnews it work but have some errors
and i think htacces work right

Your server is Debian? you only change some Default document root for apache2.
Pm me, I will tell you how to fix this?

find in apache config and find and change "AllowOverride None" to
"AllowOverride All"
