jQuery Site Switcher integration on Wordpress

Hi, i have a jQuery site switcher and i need someone to integrate it to a wordpress blog.
What it is: when you click the logo of the website it shows the logos of other websites on the network and clicking another logo leads you to the other website.
Files (css,js) will be provided.
