    Have to agree with bxflow.

Under NO circumstances spend that amount of money on a warez site.

Invest with HYIP, but hyip not "invest" but "play". Very easy to make a profit, if you know all the rules.

    Surely a contradiction.

"Invest with HYIP, but hyip not "invest" but "play"."

    Invest or not?

Do not spend invest so much into a website that isn't up yet (unless its a startup with a clear showing of upside). If I were you, I would certainly invest that money in Apple or Google. They're stocks that grow over time and are safe investments since they're established companies.

Contact a stock broker. There are numerous places you can go to but I would do your homework before hand and learn what people have to say about them. Here's a popular website:
    https://us.etrade.com/e/t/home

You can fine more by googling "stock broker", don't fall for any phonies though
