Reseller Offshore hosting

Hello,

I am looking for some recommendations of reseller hosting. I would prefer if it's hosted in Netherlands or Germany. I want a host who is very good uptime and they don't go down a lot. I am looking for 100GB disk space and Unmetered bandwidth.

I am looking for a trusted seller and someone who has a lot of reviews which are positive.
