Why was I banned?

Hi. I know my other account was banned because you found that I am NLPLegacy all I'm asking is why. I was a fool back then and didn't listen or follow any rules and got myself banned but I have changed. I'm not here to troll or make fun of anyone anymore but to actually learn things and talk to other webmasters. By looking at all my posts, you can see that I have changed. I'm helping people, not being a troll etc. So all I'm asking is one chance. Please unban my other account. Thanks.
