Where to upload music?

Hello

I have a friend who is a DJ and he's making mixes for several Radio Stations. A mix is around 500 Mb in size.
Now he's uploading to official.fm to be able to have a player on his site and also offer download capabilities. Problem is official.fm is slow.

Do you know any other place that could offer:
- direct download
- possibility to embed the mp3 file in a player and play it on his site
- good speeds
