It's not allowed, __Doc_ wasn't talking about warez sites, he was talking about Adsense in general.

Gentiles is right, AdSense in general not Warez. I don't think every webmaster on this site runs Illegal sites in specific. I'm sure some have some legit sites with AdSense.
This was just a heads up about Google and it's Privacy Policy update. I personally don't user AdSense and warez together that is why I didn't cross my mind about warez lol
