So with that in mind, what do you want me to create?
Provide me with either a link to a site you like or tell me in detail what type of site your looking for. Be sure to include the type of niche for the site.

Nice offer being its a free service.. i checked out the Webplus X4 , and the site does offer some nice free apps for editting images and such. But as for the files, if you want to edit anything in the site itself do u require Webplus X4? As its not free its $100.

As I stated above, You only need the free version of this software to make updates or add content to the site. I believe the only restrictions with the free version are:
1) You can not use/add RSS feeds
2) Limited "effects" functions - No warp, filters or 3d effects
3) No eCommerce options
4) No custom form creations - however you can import custom form scripts with HTML
5) Limited to a max of 10 new pages - however you can copy unlimited pages and just add new content to them.

There may be some other limitations but I'm pretty sure that's all of them
