I Need Serious Help About Affiliate System

I have a warez linking site .. i cant find a good publisher network ( pays both for CPM and CPC ads ) or an affiliate system network that pays good and also pays via paypal

I have over 30K page view with 10K uniques

I used CPX/ Mediaservers / Etology but not much success conversion ratio too less , also used Adbrite but pays only via checks which really sucks .

Is there any good publisher ( pays both for CPM and CPC ads ) or affiliate network that pays good ( handsomely ) ... have no problem if used in warez linking sites and also pays via paypal
