well as we know indian paypal policy has been changed. but guess what happened today..

i have had PP account registered in india & today i open that account & i saw 22$,

it is not Verified account, & i am not indian, so what i do to send money at different PP id..? it restricted says i have to Verified it..

or anyone give me 22$ & get account, verified it & you will have Built-in 22$

Any help will be great appreciated..

U need to get it verified first which is a pain if info used is not legit.

even after verifying you can only withdraw the money to a bank account and name on bank account must be same

You dont need to get verified at all..Contact paypal support...ask them that u are no more staying in india...and how can u retain the funds....they will surely guide u in the best way
