You just need to open the PSD with photoshop and replace the poster.
Give me two minutes and I'll simplify it a bit

If you've no idea how to do it:

1) Open the file with photoshop;
2) On the Layers panel look for a masked folder called INSERT-POSTER;
3) Put the poster inside that folder - a simple copy & paste will do;
4) On the top, EDIT --> Transform --> Scale, to make it fit.
5) Save your image (as png if you wanna keep the background transparent).

If the poster is already in your PC, you can just drag and drop the image into the image window in photoshop, but if the poster in online, you can just copy the image - right click - and paste it there. Really just CTRL V.
