Why your support department is the one of best departement before buying any plan?
Last night I buy one or your services, your support team told me my server will be deployed withing 20 minutes, but after 12 hours I get nothing, I mail you trice, also try to contact through msn but result is nothing, My question why you people dont reply me, and why my server is not ready yet even you were deployed it within 20 minutes .

Most likely this happened because your purchased your product in the middle of the night and no one was around to deploy it. When you asked our staff when it would be deployed it was probably during working hours when someone was around to deploy. I also can't seem to find an e-mail from you, can you tell me the address you sent it to?
