What is the best html editor for you?
I know dreamweaver is good. But I want to know any other programs that is best to edit codes? that most programmer used?

notepad++ with zen-coding plugin - its a best solution !!!

Notepad++ pwns everything and it is best and lite weight too.

Then I would suggest ConTEXT - another similar text editor for coding languages. I use ConTEXT as I moved to it from Notepad++.

Ya notepad is the best way for html,css,php editor, even you can gain some extra experience on it. By achieving error's you can make yourself much better programmer...

Though sometimes i use netbeans for some projects
Anyway, if you are new then better you use some WYSIWYG editor like dreamweaver

I use Total Commander Ulima Prime 5.0 and it uses HateML pro and it also has notepad ++
