Encoding of course is not allowed.
MULTIPOSTERS are not allowed, your program that you asked is also not allowed.
I can not make an exception for any client in case it is using the CPU RESOURCES and all of my clients are same to me, i have clients working with me for 7 months , can't do it sorry.
