    -Logo could better.
    -Get a Favicon.
    -Place those DDL buttons on top somewhere else.
    -Not a fan of the skin. Pretty plain unless you do some edits to it.
    -Get rid of that donation goal for now. Your site is pretty new so I really doubt you need 100$ monthly to keep it running. Add a donate button to the header if you really insist.
