installing rapidleech + torrentflux on windows vps

i have a windows vps (server 2008 sp2) and am pretty noob to this. how can i access the vps using a browser? just http://-ipaddr doesnt work. any configurations i should make in windows prior to this? how to install and access rapidleech + torrentflux on it?

install xampp on ur win vps...

should i install mysql, apache or filezilla as service?

torrentflux dont work on windows OS.

ok.. then just rapidleech

After installing xampp you have to start mysql and apache service. You can do it by :
start menu->apache friends ->xampp control panel.

Copy paste all your RL folder (which contains all subfolder and files.) to C:\xampp\htdocs


Then browse http:localhost/yourRL_foldername.

* localhost might be your vps ip....

turned off firewall and it worked! thanks guys

anyway to turn on firewall and still access it?

ya i think ... u need to allow apache.exe thorugh firewall
