Hello mate,

I suggest a host, who even though a bit expensive, would have good configs.

Do not go for the cheap plans, unless you want trouble - such as slow IO, poor bandwidth, high cpu abuse etc. I am not saying all cheap priced plans are so, but it is very unlikely that they can pay for the hardware if they charge a ridiculously low price for their plans.

you can do a lightweight setup with low-end vps budget / cheap vps (normally cost around USD4.50 / mth) and use kloxo panel to manage your domain, emails and files. Kloxo have a lightweigth setup which just uses 24MB on clean setup. With two wordpress you wont even exceed 100mb with 5k visitors per day. Kloxo also have openvz ready template which means you just install the o/s and do straight forward setup to get everything running out of the box.
