My alertpay closed or hacked ?

I dont know WTF happened
I cant log into Alert pay account

This is the story;
One week ago i submitted a ticket but they didnt respond to that ticket and my 12$ was gone , after that today morning.

I got 2 mails, here is the shots




Though the hacker got only 2$, i lost 14 in total

Smart hacker. He transferred the money and closed the account. Try explaining this situation to AlertPay, and they might do something to help you to get your account back to normal state.

Or simply get it revived by contacting support, as stated in the second mail.

the same happened yesterday to me dronlit have steal my money (thanks god only 16$) and after that he closed my account on alertpay.

if you google "dronlit" you will find results for a pornuploader...he is on plantsuzy pornbb and so on.

i have send alertpay a email and hope they did something against this nice guy

You might got key logged. If I were in your place Change all passwords (Important) ...PC format

alertpay don?t answer till now but i have found many people with the same problem and it?s getting solved from AP.

my passwords i have changed all after that immediately and scanned my pc...my av guard found 18 viruses and one of them was the keylogger

i think i format my pc complete and work from now with ubuntu
