Want some Mods for my site

1- Modd for hiding links from all visitors and for members who didn't reply ( 2 requirements to see the link , being a member and post a reply ) .

2- Slide bar show in the top of the site .

3- Home page b4 entering the site and this home page show all new threads in the forum .

Any one can help please ?
