How to download a rar file and uploading it without compressing with no rar file?

I want the link to be single and with no extracted needed. Possible?

If you don't check "ReRAR the files" file will not be compressed

I won't create another thread, so I am asking here.

Does sBorg have schedule system like themaposter ? I mean that I can set sBorg to post not immediately after download but after some time, a time that I set, for example a couple of hours later.

And does sBorg have an option to post in megathreads ?
