it was closed.. Mod said that my title was incorrect.. i should mention /month and my country...
i did that.. and created another thread..

and its closed again..
and i saw a thread.. which title is not according to rules but it have 3-4 pages post..

and in rules it is written:
It is mandatory that you include "/month".
and this thread was not closed..
so i want to ask 2 things..
that what was my mistake this time.. and why this thread is not closed..

I can not say why your other topic was closed. He or she must explain themselves.
It is possible that he closed it because of the low quality. We do not want poor quality on the forum.

It was closed due to him using a non legit WHMCS.
