i want to ask you something.i am going to transfer my blog on domain from google so i want to ask that if i transfer to domain then should i have to buy hosting for that domain or not

3. you have to point your domain to hosting account and then
for moving your blog to your new domain

Yes you will have to buy a new domain and follow the procedures to link it to the domain.
