WMZ info needed

hi can any one tell me if i can make WMZ legit account from PAKISTAN and does it has dispute option or its like LR and the associated fees with it?
currently using AP but there's no withdraw option so was thinking to shift to PP but now thinking to shift to WMZ as it seems better as exchangers charge low exchange fees for WMZ

WMZ accepts all countries but there is no withdraw/deposit for non-Soviet Union countries. However you can withdraw your funds through an exchanger.

btw, Alertpay has withdraw option for almost all countries, you can withdraw to your local bank or via "Check".

It's not a fixed rate, but normally it's around 5% of the total sum.

i have made a WMZ account,i have added my cell number as well
do they require any verification like for AP/PP does?
and do i need to add funds to purse first to send to any one else,confused
cant find fees page either

For Keeper Mini they only require email confirmation, nothing else.

I don't know if they require verification for Keeper Light & Keeper Light.

Well any international bank in your country can transfer $ checks/deposits and can convert to ur local currency i believe.

Well webmoney doesnt need any one to send u funds first to initiate transactions or any so. Well if u using webmoney mini, then there are restrictions. But if u using classic, then u can send/receive lot without any hassle.

so its keeper mini
now all information is in some other language which i dont understand
so all those accounts have different associated fees?
can any one explain these types?

Simply they are the same as Personal Starter, Pro and Business accounts in alertpay.

Keeper is convenient for you, I guess your limit is 400$ not sure though.

The official language for WebMoney is Russian.

if the limit is $400/month and no fees then its quite good enough
