yes we do offer money back if the service is not within your acceptable means of usage. We only offer money back within 7 Days of purchase.

Unfortunately we cant cater to demo accounts at the moment. All RDP customers shall be serve within priority as this is a new service that we offer, therefore any request or errors shall be attended immediately.
