1. try making the skin liquid so it fills the whole page. it makes the site look cramped/squashed together when its fixed.

oh google adsense started allowing warez?

no they didnt last i checked, you should change to adbrite or other warez allowed ad sites.
i know youre sites not fully a warez site but it has a downloads section and thats warez which means when you go to get youre payout google will say something like "Nope sorry, read our TOS, LOL"

i like the theme but make it fluid like SJshah said.
