Either way it's Wupload,they have the biggest rates,and don't shave downloads,and people don't have premiums so more standart downloads,in comparison to filesonic.

of course Uploaded.to , they count every successful downloads. they do not cheat like fileserve and uploadstation and I think 30€ is very good for 100 - 1000 mb file sizes....

theoretically they are the best ones with such big rates, but there is a small number of downloads since they started to changing time limit for free users (decreased it to sick 50 kb/s, sometimes 500 kb/s, but very sometimes).

So no, it is not a good filehost, unless you upload to German sites.

The best are fsc, wu and df (if you know what to upload).

I have been to Uploading arena since Last 8 years and as far as I have seen Wupload is quite Good.
May b its new and Trying to attract Uploaders whatever , But I prefer Wupload for PPD
