hello hosthatch we had purchased a 2gbps server recently from you but i had a big problem from your server.when i had kept premium account and downloading the speed is only 200kbs only very low it was very irritating for us even though we had added premium account we had kept so many complaints are ticketed regarding this issue none of them solved it in order to show you proofs the following are the proofs of speeds






so pls give me reply what should i do??pls solve this problem humbly requesting you

is it really 2gbps line??its not working perfectly like 100mbps line also??what shall we do??my friends submitted so many tickets regarding this issue you had not solved this problem??tell me the solution what we have to do regarding this problem??because of this irritating finally we had posted my problem here

The speed is limited 10MB/s per connection, these tests from 'filehosts' cannot be considered as proof, would you post a cachefly test and you'll see that its 10MB/s because its limited 'per' connection so no one can abuse anything, you can try multiple downloads/uploads to get more speeds.

These are 2Gbit unmetered servers, try something with something good on the other end.

As of now, we are making refunds to the people who seem to think that 'filehosts' are the only way of getting 2Gbit.

Everything will be fixed in 24 hours and we guarantee a response time of 24 hours but people keep replying to the ticket again and again after every 10-20 minutes which delays it.

Please wait 24 hours before replying again and all the issues will be fixed by then as we are currently flooded with tickets.

As server cannot handle so much parallel downloads even after opening 4-5 sborg tabs we cannot open another tab ..So wats the use of 2gbps then ???

imazabe@ These are still 2GBit servers because you can get up to 2GBit by running more downloads/uploads. For example, if you have 10 downloads, you may get up to 1Gbit.

whats the use of having 10 mbps dwnld speed by buying a 2 gbps network??

this is gonna be a waster of use for buyers

better to buy a 100 mbps conenction than this 2 gbps [i mean 10 mb per connection] VPS

sorry hosthatch i am not going to criticize you on this but i am telling frankly as a buyer that whats the use of getting just 10 mbps by using a 2 gbps VPS server thats gonna be a waste of money and time also
