Yes it is not loading because you need to put :5353 with it.

http://2gvm.hosthatch.com:5353 is working.

There are no problems and please open a ticket for any problems, there are no problems and we are not supposed to manage/monitor your VPS for you. If you think that the VPS is offline, please try to actually login to your VPS as you may check with PING which we have blocked on all the servers to secure them.
