Bro if they would cap the download upload speed then we wouldnt be getting good speeds on other server's ... the download can be cap (maybe) as u r saying i dont think so ... but why would a filehost cap uploading speed ??? .. If they would cap the speeds then it was to be for all server's not only a single one ...
