Problem with .ocx component :S

I have custom app made in Visual Basic 6, and I have pretty big problems to run it

It works on my friends pc(windows 7), but it doesn't work on my pc(xp) nor my rdp(win server 2008).

The error is "coacaf~1.ocx component is missing or invalid".

I've tried so many solutions, and so far without success I've tried to find that .ocx via google, but there are almost no results, like that .ocx never even existed.

I've also tried to search my friends pc, but still no luck

Various programs that scans .exe to see what dlls is using ? Tried that also, no luck

Anyone, anything ?

He said he searched google for the ocx, and it would have given him the link to it on that site if it was available
