U need to get a RDP or some sort of uploading tool to get started u can put anything BIG from ur own pc using your own internet

Most of the peoples replied without reading your needs

If you want to upload stuff from your PC to a server, and the stuff can't be found from anywhere in internet, then only way is I said before.

Else if the same data is available on internet ( like movies, images, appz) you should buy services like Rapidleech hosting and upload remotely, so that it wont depend on your speeds.

100 GB HD English songs
100 GB Disney Animation movies
150 GB Lynda + Other tutorial (i create media player myself)

I am from Karachi and i have 10MB connection download speed is good but upload isnt more than 100KB so it sucks, been using VPS for uploading purpose but in your case you have the files in your computer which you want to upload get a CIR connection from any ISP will cost you much more than your current PTCL connection.
