Dude ... im on ptcl 1MPBS connection and i get around 30kbps+ upload ... and if your on 4mb connection ptcl then u will easily get around 200kbps ... the same thing had happened to one of my friend ... he upgraded from 1mb to 6mb connection but ptcl had some issue on their side ... so he complained for it and after few days it was all good for him ...
no my dear this is very strange for me...speed is not costently it variate t0 90 Kb/sec
but constant is 30kb/Sec
