Is it just me or does the shoutbox not load?

Seems to be all the sites javascript, edit button not working also the drop down boxes for users (PM etc).

is it just me?

Its working fine for me its definitely a problem on your end, try pressing CTRL + F5 to refresh the CSS.

Works here on FF 3.5 and I have Firebug 1.4.0b5 installed.
