You made a wrong order which got fixed within 30 minutes of ordering by our staff on a weekend and your ordered again and its just 5 hours and you have started complaining? Check our guaranteed setup time. And from next time I would advise you to refrain from using abusive words as a simple and orderly communication would yield better results.
