I use rapidleench from tehhost.net and server are amazing (download/upload) speed from rapidshare ul.to deposit is also amazing. They have the best premium acc everytime. I once was nervous when the staff was on vacation but that was one time.
Also down time is 0,9%. Only what i think this host need to do is tehnical support on skype 24/7
