Is it possible to export links without / on the end of download link?

What kind of links do you need exactly? The suggestion of AivYo could have worked for you probably.

You can coppy only the the code withouth the name

And what good would that do? he would need to manualy copy everything

The reason why he is asking this is because if you export FilePost links with "/" at the end, and lets say fileserves link without "/" and put it in some script that groups files with same name together, FilePosts links won't be grouped... they will be stuck together like list.
