Does anyone still use this host and how long does a ticket usually take to get a reply?

Their support used to be pretty good for offshore, but of late has gone downhill again.

it went to Paris, the last time i knew. Not sure right now, may be they are in china.

Some staff members had vacation so it's only gonna get better, the average response time is still pretty good imo.
