2. It depends on the method you will use, maybe free or paid.
3. Daily budget is up to you, you decide.
4. Not flexible, if you do not offer something special in your site no one would bother registering an account.

Ad spots are temp links on other peoples websites.

EG i sell adspots on my PR3 site. other sell adspots on thier sites.....take a look in the market place there are plenty of us selling spots
