There is nothing unique about your forum. Your favicon is quite unnecessary - because it has absolutely nothing to do with the content of the website. I think the blue color you used on the category titles are pretty nasty. It is very nasty on the eyes. You should change it, if you do not want to hurt the eyes of your guests. You use both small and large letters in the forum descriptions. Type in a normal way, or you will lose even more members and guests. Create a new unique title. Create a new logo, a fancy logo. A logo that can attract attention. I think all the "board statistics" is messy and should be changed. There are many things that can be changed to make it better. You should at least work with the colors. The colors everywhere!
