All submitted pages must contain a link back to MechoDDL.
Link directly to your download page, not your main page.
No popup adverts are allowed.
Do NOT submit any Adult content or Demos.
Do NOT change the page after your downloads are added.
Do NOT add fake files to your main page.
Downloads will be deleted from the list if they are missing, or the page has been changed after submission.
You may submit up to 20 downloads every 24 hours.

NO mention about quantity of buttons/links.

We allow a maximum of 4 buttons and 10 text links to other DDL sites.
Anything more and you won't get a rating higher than 1*.

you can have maximum of 6 Button links and 12 Text Links of DDL's

And if Warezcoders want to put that restriction on using their service, it is up to them.

Guidelines (Optional unless stated otherwise by DDL)

1. Do not use popups on your submitted pages.
2. No more than 6 DDL buttons are allowed.
3. No more than 15 DDL text links are allowed.
4. Submit no more than 40 downloads per day.
5. No more than 3 banner advertisements are allowed.
6. Do not display fake links.

Those rules are OPTIONAL...

The only rules from that list I enforce are 1 and 6. Maybe 5 if they had tons of adverts.
