Special Theory of Relativity isn't a lie, it's a scientific fact, provable, just because you see theory word in it, you don't assume it's philosophy.

It's hard to give proof of something that's unidentified though?

I still wouldn't include aliens in the same group as alongside gods and fairies.

Unidentified, means it's unidentified, nothing else. No speculations about what it is.
I can't say there is or not, alien life. I cannot prove it.
And I don't claim there is one, I merely said there is a chance for that.
But chance is not = fact.
Until proven as a fact, that there is life out there, it belongs to science fiction.
