Default DMCA Policy on a blog = Staying on the safe side?

Is having a policy on a warez-linking blog better than not having one?

Referring to cases where someone owns a blog and does not uploads the content - He has others to do it for him, and also a case where someone uploads the content by himself to the blog.

It's the same, having or not having it on site it's illegal.Warez linking is illegal,so dmca page can't help you nothing.

State on the website that you'll remove files after dmca complaint. That's the only way to stay somewhat safe.

Because if you're site have this policy and you get caught you can say you did not added that content, and you are not responsible so it's a plus because you can get out on technicality.
Also in DMCA is stated that you will remove posts/content if you get a proper complaint.

Is there any template for a DMCA policy? Or like a generator or do you have to make your own? I should probably make one as well lol
