REVIEW:

To be honest, both of your banner and signature are weird according to me.

1.Try to add some good affects to text and choose some good fonts from dafont.com.
2.Do not add any Shadow neither inner or outer.
3.Read some tutorials and follow them, you will learn a lot.

That is a short review, u can improve a bit.

Try, Try Again Until you succeed.

Your work is not so good...
You need to spend more time in photoshop in order to make better works.
Pay attention to the "fonts" and the "colors" you are using for the banner.
As I see all fonts are different (3 dif fonts) and the last font is "Papyrus" which I don't like at all.
The signature looks better but I see some scratches/pieces. From bad rendering or what?
