What's the meaning of that,If I upload a 700mb movie,will a free user can download it?or download will automatically stops when he reaches 100mb mark?

free user or downloader have no limit like this 100 mb, they can download any file which is under 1024 mb but a difference of time stop from one file to another

How much can I download?
Free users can download up to 10000 Mb within 3 days. Premium users can download 20000 Mb within 3 days utilizing maximum available speed. If you are a Premium user, but 20000 Mb over 3 days is to low of a limit for you, you can always create another Premium account and keep downloading.
