Try to write English only.

Specify what kind of site you need to be coded & what could be your possible budget.
I dont code server side scripts, but some other coders can help you for sure

Well caution for anybody going to code for this guy. i have dealt with him past outside KWWH and i wasnt satisfied. he is a super noob with no language and not trust worthy too. stay beware all fellas.

Thats why i always take 50% in front and once job is done i take rest 50% and then i show what i have done.
