starting openvpn failed

I followed this tutorial to install openvpn:

I have a problem with step 12

when I run the command:

/etc/init.d/openvpn start

I have this error message

-bash-3.2# /etc/init.d/openvpn start
Starting openvpn:                                          [FAILED]
-bash-3.2#

Can you help me or give me another tutorial?
