Only a local complaint will be taken in to account. No email will be accounted.

No, you can not accept the DMCA ignore the past, I bought your dedicated server (Russia), e-mail when you receive DMCA, you will ask me to remove them, you can not accept all the content (in addition to fishing, *****************, spam letters)

I did not get what you meant, but we do ignore ALL kind of email DMCAs. Only action is taken when legally a lawyer is involved in it. But content which are not allowed will be obviously asked to be removed.
