Why do you want to open a website then? You could at least pay for a domain and a good host, if you can't then there are tonz of Warez websites around join them and be active there or something.

lol did you not read the posts before this...You need to pay for the domain and hosting and im guessing your not from the US as your English isn't good so i doubt you have to worry about file sharing in your country...
